Rental Notes
Please have available before Reserving:
1. Current driver's license for all drivers.
2. Insurance card complete with agent's name and contact information
3. Flight information if applicable
4. Pick up dates, times and location if pick up/ delivery service is requested
5. Please inform us if the wheelchair being used is exceptionally wide or tall
6. Rental will be charged 15-30 days prior to pickup date
Cancellations:
- 30 Days or more $50.00
- 29-14 days notice: $100.00
- 13 Days or less: $100.00 (Balance will be held for 1 year to be used on future rentals
